Can not connect for the last weekTrying to get help via email problem not fixed

Never ever try to this app. I got a weekly they charged me for a year and it never worked, Apple said its the developer, and I contacted the developer, never ever answered me. I wish there was a NEGATIVE star id definitely give them -1!
