For my iPad Air(iPados 12.5.7),the app version is older than 3.4.5 and always dislay “could not obtain the server list at this moment”.waiting for your fixation, thanks for your great works!

This app is very useful, however it will occasionally shut off completely and require me to restart my device. The app has also recently fully closed, and when I attempted to launch it again it told me that it could not be opened due to being in complete or damagaed. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
