Find Fast WiFi wherever you go with the SpeedSpot WiFi Finder with Offline Maps. The Offline functionality makes it possible to download places that you are traveling to, so you can find Fast WiFi anywhere. The WiFi Finder is getting its data directly from SpeedSpots crowdsourced database of hundreds of thousands of WiFi Hotspots around the world. It is the only database that shows you WiFi rated by Hotspot Speed. Main Features:- Look for WiFi Hotspots in you vicinity- Find Fast WiFi anywhere in the World- Download Maps for Offline use while traveling (No internet connection needed)- Filter by venue type: Hotel, Cafe, Restaurant, Bar, Store, etc.- Works online as well as offlineOffline Maps is available for 3 months for $4.49 or $7.99/year. You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. This is an awe-inspiring app because it can work offline, it has a neat looking logo, and it is easy to use. There needs to be a way to connect to Wi-FI or the internet from a dis-connected state. This app can do that, it is cheap, and it allows tailoring a down-loaded map. You can choose a title and viewing area for the down-loaded map. It looks awesome to see a file that shows places around me while dis-connected. I can use it for finding things in general and not just Wi-FI. The Wi-FI is important and so are other places and things.

I really like this app! I use it regularly, and I have never had any problems with it. It works offline, gives you the names of places with WiFi, and there is a map. I would encourage anyone to use this, the only way another app could be better is if it drove you to the WiFi

I really don’t believe there is no WiFi in most of Springfield, Oregon. That said, this app has a better user interface than any I’ve tried yet. (Especially better than some others that only work if you’re already online!). Two reasons I don’t give it five stars: (1) the fact that it apparently has not yet got even half the WiFi spots in its DB; (2) the dishonesty of offering users free ads in exchange for a false five star rating.
